Shortvort on Parshas Pikudei from Rabbi Chaim Flom

Parshas Pikudei

"That was a job well done."
"Thanks Dad. I appreciate the compliment."

When the Mishkan was completed, Moshe blessed all those involved (Shemos 39:43).When someone does something good, his efforts should be acknowledged and appreciated. It helps encourage him for the future.

Everyone can use a little (or more) encouragement.

Have a great Shabbos !!

Dear Rabbi Flom,
This is taken straight from Dale Carnegie !! (Ha !!!! as you usually write.)

Dear Mark,
Actually, Dale Carnegie's " angle" is how to win friends. My point was more selfless. How to get a person to fulfill his potential.
