erev Yom Tov? Yes.
15. What if she does not require such a large quantity?
She should make the quantity from which challah must be
separated, bake all the dough, and give away or freeze
the extra challos. Care should be taken not to freeze some
of the dough for another occasion, since she would thereby
lose the chance to recite a b’racha according to some
opinions (see question ‎39).
