It is known that after separating challah, a special prayer is recited. Unfortunately, it would appear that the version found in most siddurim omits the special supplication that one's children be righteous, as we are accustomed to request after lighting candles. It is important to daven for children yirei Hashem tzaddikim at
this time also, as Rav Chaim Kanievsky points out in Derech Emunah, in the name of the Hag'hos Maimonios.
