BOSIS NOT ON THE MAIN PART OF UTENSIL



If Muktza was placed on a secondary part of a utensil, but there was nothing on it's main part, the Trumas Hadeshen says that it's not Bosis and you may move the utensil. He brings a proof from the Gemara Shabbos 44b. If someone puts money on a wheel that is removed from the wagon, the wheel becomes Bosis to it. TO REMOVE THE STATUS OF A Bag THAT WAS DESIGNATED TO HOLD MONEY



The Rama says, that if you had a bag that was designated to hold money and you want to change it back to a regular bag so it won't be Muktza, it's not enough to say that he designates it to be a regular bag. He has to do some action to change the bag in order to designate it to a regular bag.

The Tosfos Shabbos brings the Rashba's Shita that a utensil that doesn't perform a Malacha, but a Malacha is done on it (like a pot which doesn't cook the food per se, but rather you cook in it) is not a Kli Shemalachto L'Issur (a utensil which main use is forbidden.)
