FAITHFUL SHADE

ATTITUDE for ATONEMENT

Yom Kippur as described in Scripture (VaYikrah 16) is observed on two levels, a Temple Service and an individual’s personal observance. Seforno (16:29) points out these two observances exist simultaneously.
