BEING HOME, BEING WHOLLY HOLY

The Fifteenth of Shevat is the day when in the Land of Israel, Eretz Yisrael most of the year’s rain has fallen and though most of the winter season lays ahead sap begins to flow anew through the trees. LOVING JUSTICE

The prominence given Kriyat Yom Suf the Splitting of the Red Sea cannot be understated. Each morning and evening The Amidah prayer, the most intimate part of the service are preceded by evoking this miraculous event.
