About Me:
Hi, I live in Bayit Vegan Jerusalem. I am the Rosh Yeshiva of the Global Yeshiva in Har Nof Jerusalem. Just in case you want to know I received smicha from HaRav Hagaon Rav M.Goldstein shlita, HaRav Hagaon Ovada Yosif shilta and HaRav Hagaon Rav Yehuda Dari shlita. (even though I'm Ashkenazi). I really hope you are enjoying the Global Yeshiva!

The Global Yeshiva in Jerusalem
Rabbi Eliyahu Mitterhoff, the Rosh Yeshiva of the Global Yeshiva immigrated to Israel in 1982 from New Jersey lives in Bayit Vegan Jerusalem with his wife and many children. He has had a long and distinguished career in studying and teaching students the "process" of Talmudic thought. Rabbi Mitterhoff spent many years studying in Yeshiva Toras Yisrael and subsequently received smicha from both HaRav Hagaon Rabbi M.Goldstein shlita and HaRav Hagaon Yehudah Deri shlita, Chief Rabbi of Ber Sheva. He holds a Bachelors of Art in psychology and sociology from Ithaca College in New York and has spent much in-depth study on the methods of the "Mussar Movement". Recently, after many years of learning in the Mir Yeshiva, Rabbi Mitterhoff decided to open the Global Yeshiva. He believes that a deep understanding and real clarity in one’s learning will bring one to true happiness, which is our Jewish inheritance.
