At the hadlaka for Lag B'Omer everyone was dancing. After a bit a man whose face just shown - his countenance glowed appeared in their midst. No one knew who he was but he was b'simcha as he took the hand of the shul's gabbai and pulled him in to dance. As they swung around and around this same man reached out and took the hand of the holy Ari z"l; together the three of them danced and danced. The people were stunned - why were they dancing with the gabbai? the gabbai.

I write this tentatively as I'm not certain that my words are worth more than that which uses space.



I attended a Yosef Karduner concert last night which was quite fantastic. His music has a way of carrying one away. His music is imbued with a tangible feeling of kedusha that permeates one's being.
